my uncle drives a truck and couldn't find loads — brokers took 30% and carried none of the risk. so i built the thing that cuts them out: a two-sided marketplace matching shippers and carriers directly.
built and shipped to production alone: Next.js 14, Supabase, Vercel, Tailwind. idea to live users in 14 days, bootstrapped. real shippers post real loads on it today.
what i owned end to end: the schema, the carrier verification logic (техпаспорт + ID + BIN cross-check), the deal-confirmation flow, and the Karaganda field work that shaped all of it.
